Return and Exchange Policy:

We can exchange the products in case you receive them spoiled. The exchanged product will be subject to the products available at that time.

The product you need to exchange/return should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with other order details.

Covid 19 Policy

Although we make sure to deliver the products on time but due to uncertain restrictions regarding the ongoing COVID 19 spread, your orders can face some delays.

We make sure to follow all the SOPs to ensure customer safety.

The team working at the farms is vaccinated to limit the Virus spread.

How to handle the package

We dispatch freshly plucked mangoes from the farm.  We don’t use carbide or any other chemical for artificial ripening so you might receive them unripe (green). Here is what you need to do

  1. There is a harvest date, packaging date and an opening date mentioned on the box
  2. Look for the opening date
  3. Leave the box in a room temperature if it’s not the time yet
  4. If it is the opening date but the mangoes are still green, leave them in the box for 2-3 days in the room temperature
  5. Open the box to the aroma of the freshly ripened mangoes and enjoy!

We can accept returns/replacements for orders placed on within 14 days of purchase. offers hassle-free returns which means the items can easily be replaced or returned provided the product is unused and/or not damaged. The product must be returned in its original packing along with the order details.
